Guidetti’s new series of pre-shredder, characterized by “HUGE CUTTING EFFIENCY”, thanks to the various combinations of power, screen size, magnetic separation, etc, can process different types of materials, paper etc. The production capacity ranges from 300 to 3000 kg/h.
Also Guidetti introduces its new conveyor belt equipped with magnetic pulley or magnetic over band, the ideal solution to remove iron parts and to avoid damages during further grinding processes. It is available in different sizes, either standard or custom made, according to the customers needs.

The new generation of ultra-compact granulators for copper and aluminium cable processing, SINCRO EKO, is available in four models with a capacity range from 50 to 200kg/hr. The evolution of the SINCRO EKO has allowed a considerable reduction of production costs, whilst maintaining quality. the complete technical documentation allows the operator to fully understand the machine, and it is easy to use and maintain, giving excellent production results. The SINCRO EKO series has the best performances on the market in terms of energetic consumption and costs of maintenance per kg of recovered metal. These characteristics make the EKO series the vanguard of the field, and allow the buyer to rapidly recover his investment.

The SINCRO Series has been on the market for over 10 years, and has been designed for recycling electric cables (copper and aluminium) through their granulation and successive separation of metal from the insulating material (PVC, rubber, PE, paper, tissues etc). All models are sound proofed, and are equipped with a de-dusting filtering system in respect of the working environment. They are ideal for manual feeding, and can also be combined with a pre-shredder to improve productivity and make the operator’s work easier.

The Wire Professional Line, composed by rasper (fast pre-shredder), blades mill and two zig-zag separators, has been designed to process and recover copper and aluminium either from cables or radiators.
